Summertime and Fall brings hurricanes, tornadoes and locally heavy
downpours in some areas. Of course, Winter brings snow and the
likelihood of being stuck inside for days. And, all of these
occurrences bring the possibility of downed power lines, water and gas
disruption, and lack of communication services. Additionally, more and more experts are forecasting the possibility of riots right here in the U.S. just as they are happening in other places around the globe.
